We offer FREE international DHL/FEDEX Express shipping on all orders over $120. For all orders under $120 we charge a flat fee of $29.9 if you choose express shipping. We use DHL Express or FEDEX international shipping services. The shipping time frame for international orders are 4-7 days door to door shipping with full tracking, which do not include customs processing delays. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once an order is placed, your gear will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Don’t worry—we'll email you tracking information when the order ships. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.
HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
WILL YOU SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.
CAN YOU ADJUST THE VALUE OF MY ORDER?
No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.
DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.
