When will I receive my tracking number?

You will usually receive your tracking number within 1 to 2 business days.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

It may take up to 5 days for your tracking number to activate once you receive it.

How fast is the delivery time?

We stock new selected inventories in US warehouse, the products will be delivered to your address in 3 to 7 days once the order is processed. 

For the products that are shipped from our supplier warehouse in China, it will be delivered to your address in 7-12 business days after the order is processed.  Please refer to shipping policy for details.
